Since the Constituent Assembly, 35 years ago, Congress has not regulated paternity leave, and today, under the leadership of President Hugo Motta and our Leader Jack Rocha, with the support of many male and female parliamentarians, we have achieved an important advance.

Family is the most relevant structure of any society, and we know that the financial impact of this project is small, less than 0.05% of GDP.

We may disagree on many things, but there is one thing that unites us: family.
