So, I would like to praise the initiative of this bill and say that the pact for public security in Brazil must be a pact of all: of the municipality, which has public policies in the day-to-day life of the population and which needs to provide them; of the states, the federative units, which need to do the work, the homework, with ostensive policing, yes, with the judicial police, the civil police, yes, with the prison police, which cares for the penitentiaries, yes; but also with assistance policies, with service policies, the provision of services, which is fundamental.
