Marcos Rogério: But today we have another situation: this barricade, this barrier is also a barrier of a criminal culture.
Marcos Rogério: The child who is the son of a resident of a condominium, of a neighborhood, and who wants to study at the school that is in the neighboring district, faces a virtual barrier, which is a command that says: "The child from that neighborhood or the child from that condominium does not study here, because this is territory dominated by the rival faction."
