There is, of course, a concern on the part of the business community that these rules could be used improperly against regular debtors, those who may, on occasion, wish to discuss their debts in the normal way with the institutions competent to do so, but I believe the work done by the Rapporteur provides the necessary safeguards, and later, in the application of the law, we may eventually introduce new rules depending on how it is applied in the future.
