Sérgio Moro: Let us highlight here, for example, the transactions between Banco Master and the Tayayá Resort, which was recently revealed to be owned by Minister Dias Toffoli through the company Maridt.
The CPI ordered the breaking of the bank and tax secrecy of that Maridt and also of the fund that financed that company itself; however, those investigative actions were obstructed by an injunction granted by Minister Gilmar Mendes.
Sérgio Moro: That is why we need to continue this work so that, even within the existing limitations...
Sérgio Moro: And I hope that these limitations can be avoided or somehow circumvented – and, for that, we need these decisions to be reviewed.
