Marcos Rogério: Look, no one disputes the importance of discussing measures to combat violence against women — I think it is an important agenda and has our full support — but you cannot, under the argument that we are legislating to protect, create legislation that is open-ended, abstract and which, in fact, represents yet another instrument for content control on social networks.

First point: it deals with indeterminate legal concepts. This is a matter for the CCJ to debate, this is a matter for the CCJ to examine in depth.
Marcos Rogério: Hate speech, misogyny... What is the legal definition of that?
Marcos Rogério: What is the tradition? What is the foundation for that?
