Marcos Rogério: Regulatory activity depends on technological, administrative, legal, logistical and operational structure without which the very final function is harmed, which is why I maintain its acceptance.
Thus, I understand that the approval of this PLP strengthens the institutional autonomy of the regulatory agencies, preserves the continuity of their activities and contributes to regulatory stability, without contravening the constitutional regime of fiscal responsibility and acting in an economically responsible manner by avoiding the costs of discontinuity.
Marcos Rogério: Concerning legislative technique, however, we perceive the need for an editorial adjustment to art. 2, which determines the entry into force of the future law in 365 days, without the expression 'after its publication'.
