The startups legal framework, of which I was coauthor, also became law, it's already in force.

I attended today the inauguration of CRVR's new landfill-biogas biomethane plant in São Leopoldo. A project that demonstrates in practice that it is possible to generate development, employment and income with environmental responsibility. Projects like this show that when the public sector establishes appropriate regulatory, environmental, and infrastructure conditions, the private sector has confidence and invests. And this is how the biomethane sector has been expanding in RS. In 2025 the first two biomethane plants in RS began operating, in Triunfo and Minas do Leão. Now, with the one in São Leopoldo, the state's production capacity increases by 36.4%. Energy transition is at the center of our development plan for the state, and these projects show that we are moving in the right direction.

I will carry out a major slash — cuts, rapid deregulation, debureaucratization with a reduction of the tax burden as well.

I think Brazil, if you build a framework of laws and rules that incentivize industry, that encourage you... to bring that capital and intellectual capital to Brazil, has gigantic potential.

So we'll have cheap computing, we'll have that energy potential, we have the raw materials, we'll now have... this democratized knowledge, we just need the government not to get in the way, to create a framework that incentivizes companies and people to start businesses.

If we basically solve public security, infrastructure, sufficient energy, correct and concrete regulatory frameworks, you can have the installation of high-tech companies and the attraction of that quality human capital.

I agree with the basic sanitation framework, I agree with the autonomy of the Central Bank, I agree with the adjustment that was made, the gas ceiling, I agree with the economic freedom law, the pension reform, all okay.

We need to unlock the budget and untangle stupid bureaucracy and we need to put an end to those who sabotage our country day by day in the name of a stupid ideology that does not fit the 20th century.
