Now, that opinion does not have legal power, it should not and never did — it only started to have it now, with the Lula Government — to be used by Ibama to prohibit cultivation, to prohibit processing, to prohibit the breeding of species that only generate employment and income for our country, including the case I already mentioned of tambaqui, which is Brazilian and for which a restriction is being discussed to breed it in Brazil, and a restriction on tilapia reproduction, which affects mainly small producers.
Kim Kataguiri: So, Mr. President, this is an absolutely reasonable bill.
Kim Kataguiri: I find it regrettable that the Lula Government is opposed to this matter.
