Mr. President, I am here with Mateus Batista, who is my friend, my colleague from the Movimento Brasil Livre, a City Councillor in Joinville; I would like to thank him and welcome his presence, as he came today to participate in a public hearing of the Commission on Finance and Taxation regarding Bolsa Família.

He brought this concern to me, and I brought this concern here to the Chamber of Deputies, because it is a problem that also greatly affects my State, the State of São Paulo, the city of São Paulo and the São Paulo Metropolitan Region in general.
