Tarcisio: The sewage of the city of São Paulo, to a large extent, is not treated in the city of São Paulo.

Tarcisio: And the more infrastructure sharing we have, the better.

So we needed to structure a model that would guarantee, among other things, cross-subsidized investment.

Tarcisio: Of the 371 municipalities served by Sabesp, 11 municipalities run a surplus and generate revenue.

Tarcisio: The other 360... run a deficit.
