Tarcisio: The city of São Paulo treats 83% of the sewage it collects, but note — of what it collects, not of the total sewage generated, because the previous contract didn't cover the consolidated informal settlements; it didn't reach the favelas, and now we're going to reach them because we're bringing sewage to everyone.
Tarcisio: So we made some changes.
For example, the first important regulatory change: we moved from a forward-looking logic to a backward-looking logic.
Tarcisio: In other words, today I only include in the tariff, and only incorporate into the asset base, what has actually been invested.
Tarcisio: This is an important change and it allowed us a tariff reduction at the outset.
