Perhaps one of our most recent victories was the law that established a quota, a minimum percentage on the boards of large public and mixed-capital companies for the presence of women.
Tabata Amaral: It was unacceptable that in 2025 we had large companies that did not even have a single woman on the board.
Tabata Amaral: And we who like management, who like results, know that many studies have already shown that with women on those boards these companies would be more honest, more effective and more profitable.
