Sérgio Moro: I think it would be useful to clarify, Senator Portinho, that this "prevents or hinders the actions" is aimed at the issue of the displacement, the movement of the police, because there are other criminal offenses of obstruction of justice that refer to specific situations. So I would suggest here: "prevents or hinders..."
