Congratulations! I confess, Senator, that I am skeptical about the reform's overall context — when it was the PEC, at first I voted against it.
Sérgio Moro: But we have the reform; we need to regulate it, and I am sure that Your Excellency did work that managed, in a way, to guide it, perhaps, toward the best possible outcome within the context.
Sérgio Moro: The big problem I also see is this centralization, although there is this desire for uniformity.
