Sérgio Moro: By pure coincidence, this past weekend I was in Cascavel, Paraná — which is in western Paraná — a thriving city.
Sérgio Moro: And, that same weekend, several neighborhoods in Cascavel were left without power and there was a significant delay in the restoration of electricity.
