Sérgio Moro: If today Copel has difficulty serving the ordinary citizen, if today Copel is struggling to supply quality power for the production of poultry or tilapia — that is, for agribusiness — what can be expected of it regarding the supply of electricity for that future economy?
Sérgio Moro: We need to prepare Paraná for the 21st century.
(The bell rings.) This does, indeed, imply praise. We have great respect for Copel's staff and for the efforts they make, but it is necessary to point out that the service being provided at this time to the people of Paraná is not a quality service.
Sérgio Moro: And, no matter how much they may present some positive data, such as increased investment, the fact is that the quality of the service does not correspond to that increase in investment.
Sérgio Moro: I repeat what I said at the very beginning of my speech: in this respect, the consumer is always right.
