Sérgio Moro: That criminal already had 86 prior police records.
Now, we cannot continue with this situation. This Congress approved, and I had the honor of being the Rapporteur of this bill here in the Senate, Bill 226 of 2024, which was sent, at the beginning of this month, to the President for approval.
Sérgio Moro: We await the President of the Republic's approval this week.
Sérgio Moro: I hope there will be no veto, but it is of essential importance that we restrict releases at custody hearings.
