Sérgio Moro: We are concerned because we know that, beyond the current difficult moment, we have to look to the future, and the future of the economy is the digital economy, information technology, the use of data centers — which do need a high level of power supplied in a stable and renewable manner.
Sérgio Moro: If today Copel has difficulty serving the ordinary citizen, if today Copel is struggling to supply quality power for the production of poultry or tilapia — that is, for agribusiness — what can be expected of it regarding the supply of electricity for that future economy?
We need to prepare Paraná for the 21st century.
Sérgio Moro: (The bell rings.) This does, indeed, imply praise. We have great respect for Copel's staff and for the efforts they make, but it is necessary to point out that the service being provided at this time to the people of Paraná is not a quality service.
Sérgio Moro: And, no matter how much they may present some positive data, such as increased investment, the fact is that the quality of the service does not correspond to that increase in investment.
