Sérgio Moro: In a way, the police activities were cut short, were paralyzed, because the matter was no longer pursued, and even people, high-ranking INSS officials who had been appointed by the Lula government, remain free, unpunished and without any news of arrest or even of less drastic measures, such as the filing of criminal charges against them.
Now, with an independent chair and rapporteur not controlled by the Government, the CPMI has the conditions to investigate these facts and gives us hope that justice will finally be done.
