Samara Martins: Having a single female pre-candidate for president is something that is very bad, because women should be in the spaces of power and decision in this country, because they live all these ills of capitalist society.
Samara Martins: But today it ends up being a space for us to present our pre-candidacy, because many newspapers and podcasts have invited us because we are, up to this moment, the only female pre-candidate for the presidency.
And we at Unidade Popular have argued that women need to be in these spaces.
