It affected our fuel; we have Petrobras, we even used to say we were self-sufficient in oil, but we held auctions for the oil, for the refineries, for the distributors and privatized those sectors, which takes control of that out of the State's hands.
Samara Martins: So you can't send oil to Cuba, because it's there on the Stock Exchange.
Samara Martins: So you can't guarantee that the price of oil will be cheaper, even though we are self-sufficient, because it's in the hands
