Romeu Zema: Even addressing not only the issue of Minas, where you have already ceased to be governor, but thinking at a federal level, where you plan to be President of the Republic, is it necessary to have an exit path for these business owners so that not only do they remain in Brazil being productive, but also pay taxes, and so the government can collect what it currently relinquishes through tax benefits?
