Rodrigo Pacheco: This bill received Your Excellency’s dispatch forwarding it to the Constitution and Justice Committee and to the Economic Affairs Committee.
Rodrigo Pacheco: I would then — and here comes the request, President Davi Alcolumbre — considering that we have already approved PLP No. 125, with PLP No. 124 still remaining, in addition to the ordinary bills, which are following their own course, to raise the possibility of forwarding, not this week, but with predictability at the College of Leaders, so that everyone can contribute to this consideration, its direct submission to the Senate Plenary, considering that it has already been approved by the Senate and by the Chamber.
Only a few amendments made in the Chamber of Deputies remain, under the rapporteurship of the same Senator who reported it before, Senator Efraim Filho, counting, naturally, on the understanding, collaboration and acceptance of President Renan Calheiros of the Economic Affairs Committee, and of the President of the Constitution and Justice Committee, our dear Senator Otto Alencar.
Rodrigo Pacheco: So, I would like to ask the Secretary-General of the Board to, at the College of Leaders, make this suggestion, at my request as the formal author of this bill, so that we might see it approved.
Rodrigo Pacheco: It will be a great contribution to the Brazilian tax system, above all because it further strengthens the defense of taxpayers in that relationship, which is sometimes very unequal between the State and the taxpayer.
