Marcos Rogério: It is a fact that there is an investigation; it is a fact that these investigations are being conducted, within the scope of the STF, by Minister André Mendonça and, within the Federal Police, by a group of investigators.
This involves the Prosecutor General's Office, so it is not a single person conducting these investigations.
Marcos Rogério: And there are two questions we should ask at this moment, aside from what Your Excellency brought to the Plenary.
Marcos Rogério: Look: the press reports indicate that an attempt or a proposal for a plea bargain had been rejected by the Federal Police; and, subsequently, it is said that the Prosecutor General's Office also did so, although there are still facts being examined within the Prosecutor General's Office.
