They included Pastor Silas Malafaia in an inquiry — another one — that investigates obstruction of justice and an attempt to abolish the democratic rule of law.
Marcos Rogério: Seriously? And what did Malafaia do? He criticized the Supreme Court Justice, he criticized absurd judicial decisions, decisions that put women, the elderly, convalescent people, heads of households in prison, sentenced to 14, 17 years for crimes they did not commit.
Marcos Rogério: And I am not saying they did not commit crimes; I am saying: for crimes they did not commit in the criminal sense, because vandalism, destruction of property happened, not everyone participated and here there was no individualization of the penalty, sentencing en masse.
