And at this point a great controversy arises. Minister Alexandre de Moraes, in this case, besides being a direct victim of the revelations, is also the direct person responsible for the extradition request and for conducting the process.
Marcos Rogério: And then, the first question: is this a criminal leak or is it a denunciation of relevant facts that society deserves to know, because it offends due process, because there are avenues there that are not lawful?
Marcos Rogério: And another point: the one who is denouncing and who, at the same time as denouncing, is also conducting proceedings and now ordering the extradition is a victim.
