Kim Kataguiri: Mr. President, Honorable Deputies, I want first to issue a warning.
The Parliamentarians, especially of the Left, who today say they are confronting misogyny, who say they are protecting women, when we voted this year on a bill that hardened penalties in relation to rapists and femicide perpetrators, voted against it.
Kim Kataguiri: So, that is the point: the most serious crimes against women are killing a woman and raping a woman.
Kim Kataguiri: And they were against the toughening of penalties in that respect.
