There is in Brasília a compensation fund already on the order of R$ 20 billion.
Gabriel Azevedo: Look at what Minister Renan did and what his successor Jorge Santoro is doing regarding rail concessions in Brazil.
Gabriel Azevedo: We have to present the project, and then the project needs a governor who stays very on top of it, because we're talking about municipal, state, and federal levels.
