We need to make a profound reparation, to give dignity to those who are still treated and seen as unworthy.
Erika Hilton: We need to guarantee the protection of women, of the LGBT community, of the peripheries, of all those people who are made invisible in the eyes of society, in the eyes of public policy, in the eyes of the Judiciary, in the eyes of the Deputies of this House many times.
Erika Hilton: And when they are remembered, it is not to seek dignity, citizenship, equity, rights; they are remembered to be targets of mockery, ridicule, humiliation, so that their rights are even more stolen, seized.
