In recent days, a lot of people have been saying, look, what to do about this hateful rhetoric from the left.
Many people have been suggesting starting fights on social media, firing leftists who promote hatred, who call for the death of political opponents.
All very legal, all very nice, but in practice, this kind of thing will die off after one, two weeks, when all that fervor and the heavy discussion about the death of Charlie Kirk passes.
If we want to have practical effects in reality, we need to treat... anyone who calls a political opponent a Nazi or fascist as someone who is inciting a crime against that other person, specifically inciting, in general, the crime of homicide against the political opponent.
The leftist's logic is very clear and very obvious.
On one side, they portray any political opponent as fascist and Nazi.
All you need to do is not profess their worldview and you'll be treated that way.

We intend to equate all those who call a political opponent a Nazi or fascist with someone who incites a crime against another.
The idea is to equate this with article 286 of the Penal Code.
Thus, if you called someone Nazi or fascist, the Brazilian State would understand that you are giving a signal, like the so-called dog whistle the press talks about, for that person to be targeted by violence.
