I'm going to ask some more difficult questions here, because I want your opinion about what is being discussed today in the National Congress.
PT will have to consider some proposals.
I know that perhaps you don't speak for the party, because perhaps there hasn't yet been a party-line decision, an internal debate, but you were minister of health for a good while and have a legacy in health.
Brazil, from the point of view of financing education and health, since 1988 has made considerable progress, especially during our period.
But education... From the point of view of financing, it went further.
Brazil reached practically 6% of public investment in education as a proportion of GDP.
And health continues stuck at 4%.
And we know that that is insufficient.
6% for education is neither a lot nor a little.
It is the average of OECD countries.
Therefore, Brazil took 100 years and with Lula reached the average of OECD countries.
So, at minimum, that must be maintained.
What about health?
It is still underfunded today.
If you add the two, it comes to 10%, 6 plus 4.
And the government wants the following: to give freedom to the public administrator, it has to be the sum of the two and not earmarking by sector.
