We receive many foreign delegations, many foreign heads of state, we receive many people, many businesspeople.
And sometimes people who come from countries that are unitary states are not used to a federated state.
So what exactly is a federal unit, a state of the federation, especially the state of São Paulo?
And I'll start by explaining the following: look, it's a portion of territory that has the area of the United Kingdom, the population of Spain and the GDP of Argentina.
It's a state that has 30% of our agribusiness, 36% of our industrial production, 65% of our services sector.
It's a state that has three of the busiest airports in Brazil.
The largest cargo airport in Brazil, the busiest airport in Brazil, the second busiest airport in Brazil.
It has the largest port in the Southern Hemisphere, which is the Port of Santos.
It's a state that has... of the ten best highways in Brazil, nine are there.
Nine are in the state of São Paulo.
So it's the state that has the best infrastructure in Brazil and it's the state that is home to 22% of the population.
45 million Brazilians live in São Paulo, work in São Paulo, make a difference in São Paulo, start businesses in São Paulo, and it's a state that responds quickly.
So, what can we do, what are we doing?
