My heartfelt thanks to each person who came out from every corner of this Brazil and came here to place their support on our journey across the country.
I have to do here what... It is the recognition that I would not be a candidate if it weren't for Gilberto Kassab's courage in confronting all those who thought they could silence Brazil and that there would be no more candidate outside the polarization.
Kassab upheld what it was, without a doubt.
The chance for us to show the PSD's strength, this party's ability to operate across all of Brazil and to implement a new model of government for this nation.

This is our stance in defense of the advancement of debt renegotiations for the rural sector.
But as I finish my thanks, which I extend to all of you, I want you to reflect on just one thing.
What we are living through today, what we are witnessing in Brazil, what the governors very well described here, is a polarization fight between one candidate and the other.
It is not possible that Brazil will choose those who are the most rejected in national politics.
An election is not an election of the rejected.
An election is for those who bring results to Brazilian society.
That is what we have demonstrated.

We came to a government... with 52% of the votes, and we left the state government with 88% approval, showing that when you have the capacity to govern, the population recognizes it, even if sometimes they did not vote for you.
What Brazil needs at this moment is someone who has the courage to fight for the Brazilian citizen.
Not the useless fight, the fight for power, the fight of vanity that they concentrate side by side.
One feeds on the other's vanity.
And each one comes tomorrow with an aggressive speech
to try to divert the focus of an electoral campaign.
