Flávio, is your name still available to the PL?
My name remains available, awaiting the decisions about what will happen in Minas Gerais politics, and at the end of that period, if it's not necessary, I will return to my normal activities.
You, who come from the FIEG sector, with so much professionalism, are you a little bit frightened by this political confusion?
We already know politics indirectly; associative politics is politics.
We have also been in contact with party politics daily over at least the last two decades.
The concrete fact is that this election specifically is more tumultuous, at least here in Minas Gerais, than previous ones.
A more uncertain picture.
So, I believe this more uncertain picture... made us somewhat uneasy, but politics is like that.
And I hope the best outcome is decided for Minas Gerais, that we have good candidates.
Finally, to take the opportunity: you are known as the president of FIEMG — you left FIEMG the powerhouse it is today.
But tell us a bit about your trajectory.
Who is Flávio Rosco?
I am an industrialist, and since I was very young I have participated in associative activities.
I first chaired the union of the textile industries, then I went on to be active in national organizations and civil society entities, and I've already worked in more than 20 organizations, all on a voluntary basis, contributing to society, understanding that those of us who are part of society must actively participate in public life, which is not only political life, it's public life.
to be a conscious citizen and defend what is best for our society.
So, I carried out this work over the years, thank God with great success, thank God generating a lot of impact wherever I went.
And I have always maintained that decent people should put their names forward for politics.
There is still great resistance among people — will that change?
That's a problem.
If the majority thinks like that... who will occupy the space?
It will be those who shouldn't be occupying it.
So, I am doing my part, I put my name forward, I am trying to participate in public life to contribute.
If it doesn't work out, I'll return and continue to have the same participation and engagement, only not in party politics — in regular, everyday politics, day to day, as a citizen, acting there in a way... trying to transform our state and our country a little.
