Mr. President and everyone in this House, first, I want to say that I wish people would always be present at the sessions, because this is the House of the People, but it seems the people can never enter.
Unfortunately, when I ran for City Councilor and Federal Deputy, it was as a police officer from the public security force who imagines he will come in and change the reality of public security solely by his own strength.
However, what we perceive is that, today, much of what Brazil is facing is what Brazilians deserve.
This is the reality. If a country doesn't care even minimally for others, even for their freedom, it is because, in fact, it deserves exactly that.
You deserve to applaud Deputy Maria do Rosário.
You deserve to applaud someone who has literally been here for more than 20 years — or sometimes longer than I have been alive — and always uses as a tactic — the whole Left does this — to accuse others.
It's never their fault. I have never been President of the Republic; no one here ever has been, just as no one here has ever been responsible for a real executive guideline for Brazil.
Who was in charge of the Country for 14 years was the PT, the Workers' Party.
So, if the people choose that, they deserve to reap the Government they elected.
They need so many subterfuges to attack me that they use family members, but the imbecile doesn't know that each person has their own CPF, each person answers for their own acts.
If everyone here had to answer for the acts of their relatives, everyone would be arrested.
Who was responsible for the biggest corruption scandals in this Country?
I am 29 years old and in my one hundred cases I have none for corruption, for money laundering, for "rachadinha" schemes, for embezzlement of amendments.

Nothing! I only have cases for telling the truth — yesterday I was fined 40,000 reais for having said that a trans woman is a biological man.
Many may say: "What does that have to do with it, Deputy Nikolas Ferreira?"
"Why do you want to interfere in someone else's sexuality?" It's much deeper than that, because when reality is no longer reality, everything becomes everything and, therefore, nothing concrete exists anymore; the truth has only become a word whose meaning we no longer even know.
What is the truth of that for us? When we were handing out little leaflets for people to vote for us, or when you voted for us, what did you think?
We want this to be a place of debate, to be a place to convince one another and to deal with agendas that really change people's lives.
And what happens? Nothing! Because of the incompetence of the people who are here?
On the contrary. This is my penultimate speech before I break ties with Deputy Hugo Motta.
Therefore, I will try to be extremely respectful, until I give the last one — and this is not a threat, but simply to do what I was elected for: I am in Parliament to speak, but even that they do not want me to do.

Only about their own bellybuttons. Therefore, the majority of Brazil deserves Lula's shit, deserves Minister Alexandre de Moraes, deserves the STF (Supreme Federal Tribunal) it has.

A large part of the population continues supporting the PT, but the President of the Republic did not show solidarity with the police officers who were killed defending our citizens.
This is the guy who is running the Country.
Many cannot take a step back and say: "I voted wrong." or "I can't do this anymore."
Do you know why? Because they are sunk in such a huge ideological mire, with such great pride, that they can no longer live by the truth and say: "Okay, I don't like Bolsonaro."
I'm not arguing about who voted 22 or 13, but to not admit that today we have a political party that is allied with crime, with the bad things that exist in our Country, is literally to ignore reality.
Ignore reality then, but you can't ignore its consequences.
About: promote individual responsibility
This is what we need to live. Here we spend years discussing which institutional reform we need, which is the best model, whether it's social-democratic, communism, capitalism, Fabian socialism, when, in truth, the reform we need is the individual one.
That is the reform. What I feel is that many people, both on the Right and on the Left, want to place their trust only in a being — and here I'm not talking about the two biggest leaders.

Gentlemen, if this House were to investigate, really, to audit each person here, very little would remain.
Why is that? Who put them here? Who put Lula in the Presidency, after being convicted in three instances by dozens of judges, with more than ten thousand pieces of evidence?
Who? Who?! It was the majority of the Brazilian people, wasn't it?
So you want us to change the reality of a Country without changing your own reality?
If I were to talk about everything that happens in these corridors, I might never again have good relations with many of those who are here.
