Public money would go to a private institution, which is a political party, for the founding of a private college, and that party could still charge tuition.

In other words, the party creates a college with the people's money, and the people cannot access that college for free — tuition may be charged.

This is the aberration that is being voted here today.

They can no longer speak about tax collection, they can no longer speak about embezzlement of public money, they can no longer speak about privatization, because they want to allow you to create a university with public money and then charge tuition, things you have always attacked.
