Tarcisio: We have been acting heavily against fencing rings; in fact this week we carried out a major operation dismantling a ring that was fencing and shipping these phones abroad.
Several people were arrested, including foreigners who were carrying out that activity.
Tarcisio: We also started working a lot on the issue of... we are tracking stolen cell phones, blocking them and getting to the addresses.
