Tarcisio: And the commission ruled on the following: here in São Paulo, State and Municipalities, we noted that regarding the MAC ceiling, there is currently a deficit between what we receive from the federal government under the MAC ceiling and what is actually produced.
And this difference, this deficit, is R$ 2.7 billion.
Tarcisio: So the question is, why doesn't the federal government send these resources to the State of São Paulo and to the municipalities of São Paulo?
Tarcisio: This deficit is not being absorbed.
