We have clean energy, we have available energy, we have water supply, we have the best infrastructure and we are training the workforce.
Tarcisio: So we have everything to capture this boom in the knowledge economy.
Tarcisio: Now, we can't get complacent with that, because we can't just be a repository of data, otherwise we'll simply become an exporter of yet another commodity — we'll export cheap energy.
