Tabata Amaral: It doesn't matter what the person thinks, it doesn't matter what the person feels, there has to be the materialization of an act.
So we make it very clear there that there must be either a practice by that individual, or he must incite or induce another person to commit violence, and that this violence comes in the form of actual, explicit violence, or in the denial of a right, or in discrimination against that woman.
