Tabata Amaral: To avoid a long speech, I wanted to bring a testimony of some of the many bills we managed to pass in Congress in recent years because you were here by our side, knocking on the doors of Deputies and Senators, helping us write these bills, explaining their importance to society.
I began to list them and decided I wouldn't be able to speak about all of them, but for me it is impossible not to recall our joint struggle for the law on the distribution of sanitary pads, which brought together Senators and Deputies who are here as well, but which especially united you in civil society.
Tabata Amaral: Thank you very much; we faced the taboo, we were labeled crazy many times, but today the distribution of sanitary pads is a reality in the Farmácia Popular program and I am already requesting with Minister Padilha that we also have distribution at health posts and in schools for vulnerable girls and women.
