Tabata Amaral: We need to have at least one third women on those boards.
And within that one third, one third reserved for Black women and for women with disabilities.
Tabata Amaral: As Senator Dorinha pointed out, you can't advance the fight for equality without looking at Black women, without looking at women with disabilities.
Tabata Amaral: So, this is a great victory we achieved.
