Tabata Amaral: At the time, the study is more than 10 years old, it was 3% of GDP, a figure I'll never forget, that a young person who doesn't finish high school has a life expectancy 3, 4 years shorter.
Tabata Amaral: So I began to understand that this issue of young people not being able to finish high school had a very high cost for them.
