As a lawyer, I want to say that what most upsets the population is that the police arrest and the courts release.
Simone Tebet: And do you know why this happens here in the State of São Paulo?
Simone Tebet: Because the civil police — I've learned from Márcio — the civil police in São Paulo are neglected and under-resourced.
