Sérgio Moro: The Delegate was retired and, because of that condition, did not have the necessary protection.
And here I remind this House of a bill of my authorship, which I presented in 2023, Bill 1,307 of 2023, which I presented also because of my experience of having been threatened by organized crime in retaliation for the work I did as Minister of Justice and Public Security.
Sérgio Moro: I presented this bill, which had an accelerated procedure before the Federal Senate — it was approved quickly in the CCJ, even unanimously — and it went to the Chamber of Deputies.
Sérgio Moro: There it was approved in the CCJ and awaits a vote by the Plenary of that House.
