I believe that, until this lack of control is resolved, it is not the time to expand the presence of gambling in Brazil.
Sérgio Moro: The problem with this bill, in particular: if it were focused even on casinos in resorts, it would be somewhat more palatable, but it allows the expansion of bingo halls in each city up to so many thousand inhabitants.
Sérgio Moro: We will see a proliferation of this. That will make control and oversight much more difficult, because one thing is to carry out oversight at four or five casinos in the country, or in the centers where those casinos are located.
