Sérgio Moro: It is true that this matter does not directly address that issue, but it is something that has long been demanded in Parliament.
Sérgio Moro: I believe that this Senate, under Your Excellency's presidency, which has always been very sensitive in handling this particular bill, could give a response to society with a text about which we already have consensus, both in the Chamber of Deputies and in the Senate.
So I request, on the basis of that regimental article and the urgency request signed by Leaders Tereza Cristina and Izalci Lucas, of the PL, and likewise by Senator Efraim Filho, of União Brasil, that it be scheduled off the agenda.
