Sérgio Moro: The essence there was preserved. Within that Clean Record Law text, although it has great value, there were, indeed, some elements that could be adjusted.
Sérgio Moro: For example, as discussed there, an individual is removed from office in the first year of the term – and sometimes may be removed for a just reason, but sometimes may be removed unjustly, as happened to our former colleague Federal Deputy Deltan Dallagnol – and has to wait until the end of the term in order to then start counting the eight-year period.
