The facts still need to be better investigated, but, apparently, a failure by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (Mapa) led to information about the use of certain products in the production of our country's animal protein not being forwarded in time to that country's sanitary authorities.
Sérgio Moro: The fact is that these exports are being obstructed, and this will cause — until it is reversed — enormous harm to our farmers.
Sérgio Moro: In this context, today's announcement of the Plano Safra is not without positive aspects, but the Plano Safra is insufficient to reverse these losses, not least because it had a very modest increase in the amounts indicated by the Government.
